Friday

We finished #19 and #20 of 22 appointments.  Come back in three months and come back if you have problems...alrighty then.

We have had some cold windy days and it snowed huge snowflakes a couple of times yesterday.  The wind is just raw.

A sunset photo that my sister sent from Phoenix where she reports it is very warm:)

Minnesota weather: High 30F or -1C  low was 21F or -6C.  We should see warmer temperatures over the weekend and into next week when it could rain instead of snow...but you never know.

Far Guy, Jen and Andy watch Hockey...playoffs I guess.  I read, work on a puzzle or watch whatever I want to on another TV....lately old reruns of Project Runway Allstars.

Far Guy and I made pizza for supper..it was really good...Pillsbury Crust with Italian Sausage and Pepperoni.

  1. That seems like a very quiet, comfy evening spent. And, I'd chose reading over hockey any day.

  2. Brrrr - still cold up there! I noticed buds on the big maple tree outside our bedroom windows. And the grass is getting green - although it will probably get brown again quickly as we're so dry here.

  4. You all are gradually winding those appointments down. Pizza sounds good...I haven't had it in a while because it hurts Sam's stomach when he eats it. It was very windy here yesterday and now our temps have dropped from 86 down to 55 today. Wishing you all a great weekend come snowflakes or winds...enjoy!

  7. LD...While we were literally freezing my brother in Mesa was complaining because it was going to get way too hot. He had to yank his tomatoes out because they just died.

  9. I'm trying to finish up a sewing project, and my library book is due on Monday and I have about 15% yet to read. The weather is partly sunny and 50-55, just right for our mid day No Kings Rally. Tomorrow I travel to meet with sister, niece, and daughter to have lunch and pass the reigns of Rockaway Beach Cabin leadership. Busy weekend. 'Hope you are enjoying yours.

  11. Hockey doesn't interest me much either. How fortunate we are to have a different TV so we can watch something else.

  13. I watch a lot of Project Runway reruns, too. I think it's because I don't have to pay too close attention. Have you ever seen The Great British Sewing Bee? I do pay attention to those episodes!
