All of Far Guy’s medical appointments went well. Return in one year, one month and two months. It was a full day with three appointments. One was at a new location but we found it easy enough.
We had breakfast for supper, Far Guy made the potatoes, I warmed up the little smokies and ham and Andy made the eggs….so it was a group effort!
It was a beautiful day with the highs in the 30’sF. We hardly needed a heavy parka!
I am still sorting photos. Still. It keeps me out of trouble.
Four of our Shetland Sheepdogs or “Shelties” that were a part of our family for years. 1986 to 2001.
Misty, Moses, G’day Mate and Captain. All Shelties with different personalities. Misty and Moses had a litter of four puppies and Mate and Captain were part of that litter.
Far Side

Glad to hear they all went well.
ReplyDeleteGood news that the appointments went well. And he shouldn't be having all three on the same day again - at least if the scheduling works out.
ReplyDeleteShelties are such pretty dogs!
Shelties are such pretty dogs. A neighbor friend always had them. The best dog we ever had was Betty the border collie. I do love my daughter's Goldens, and the other daughter's Boston Terrier.
ReplyDeleteglad the appointments went well... Just can't beat a good breakfast meal for dinner...YUM>
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear his appointments went well. He has had such a tough time lately.
ReplyDeleteYou had some good news from the health dept.
ReplyDeleteDave's grandma had a sheltie named Ella - she was a lovely little dog!
ReplyDeleteSo glad all the appointments went well for Far Guy, Connie. So good to get that stuff out of the way, isn't it. Love, Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteHubby had two today and one test whose results won't be on line until 4pm. He was a nervous wreck and gets that way every appointment. So his blood pressure is up now too. He can't win.
ReplyDeleteThree appointments in a day that all went well. That's great news and you both deserve great news. Group effort cooking is great fun as long as your kitchen has the room.
ReplyDeleteVery good health news! A great way to start the new year.
ReplyDeleteShelties are beautiful dogs!!
ReplyDeleteThis post made me smile
ReplyDeleteGreat progress, medically. Fun to see your Shelties from the past - Shelties are so smart.
ReplyDeleteYour dinner sounds great....love seeing the pics of the shelties and I'm glad far guys appts. all went well too. We're getting snow tomorrow. Are you? Take care.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to read that the appointments will be better spaced now. I enjoyed seeing all of your fur babies. I always wanted a sheltie. I think they're beautiful and really smart too. Your dinner sounds like perfection. I love breakfast for dinner.

Betsy
