My Physical Therapist was ever so kind yesterday and I got an ultrasound treatment, scraping and tape. So good to feel so much better. The flare I have been is has been horrid. In the afternoon I tried to watch a movie but fell asleep.
Jen made me a bookmark...cute as it can be!
I smile every time I use it! Jen is making some awesome things with her 3 D printer.
Supper was spaghetti, meatballs and french bread. I had cheese on my noodles as I am not fond of spaghetti sauce.
Minnesota weather: It was a nice above zero day and the sun was shinning!

ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear you are feeling better. Those 3-D printers sound like lots of fun. My oldest son, Ray, keeps getting new and improved models. He now has one that can make a 3-D model from a photograph. He made one of Tom and me when we were standing beside a car. No car in the image, just the two of us...a little statue. He showed it to me in a message. I haven't seen it in person yet so I don't know how large it is. I know he makes tiny garbage cans with removeable lids for his HO model train lay out.

That bookmark would also make me smile. I don't care for spaghetti sauce either and Dennis loves it. I've never thought to put cheese on it. What kind do you use? My feet and knees have been aching the past few days. I think it's the damp and cold, but it's nothing like what you're going through. I'm glad the PT helped you some.
