Blue

 The blue flowers are blooming.

They are pretty in the late evening light.

It re seeds all over in the wild gardens.   Some kind of old Veronica...it gets no special treatment...water that rain provides.

The air quality is better, not perfect but better while I ran errands yesterday.  Stopped by to see my Mom and she was eating lunch.  She is doing okay for the moment.

  2. It is hard to enjoy being outside, between the air quality and being the driest we've been since moving here. Fields and pastures are dormant.

I can only wonder how terrible the air must be in Canada :(

Beautiful flowers! I was wondering how your wild prairie area was doing, as my butterfly harden gimps alongs. Glad your air has cleared up some.

  7. So pretty! Anything blue or purple really catches my eye. I'm glad your Mom is okay. That's better than it could be. We keep saying that with our Mom.
Our air is much better today too, but boy, is it humid! Yuck.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  8. I like that kind of carefree flower. It is a pretty flower. I am glad mom looked better. Being alone after all those years of being married to your dad has to be tough.

  11. Pretty Veronica with her blue blooms and generous spreading around ( but easy enough to pull out).
