We now have about 16 inches of snow total from this storm and it is blowing around and still snowing. Good day to stay in and start a puzzle...so we did.
Noah had a cold day to move into his new apartment. We hear that his dog Aurora is whining about the whole situation.
Adam is at work, Andy is at a Vex Tournament in Mankato, MN and Jen is keeping one eye on the old folks, she is on break between semesters. It is a busy household.
I thought the reflection of the outside lights was way cool on the window.
Far Side
That looks so beautiful. I forgot to turn on our outside lights [such as they are] last night.
ReplyDeleteThe photo of the lights reflected on the glass is very pretty. The porch is lovely!
ReplyDeleteStaying indoors with that much snow and blowing snow is a very good plan.
It sure is! Very pretty and looks cold but still inviting. :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view of the trees and lights in the photo. Thanks for braving the frigid air for that outdoor perspective!
ReplyDeleteAurora is going to miss the company of Jen's house. Noah will enjoy the canine company at night though.
Beautiful Christmas lights, and such a lovely porch. Stay warm!! We finally have sunshine this morning and just a little breeze. And lots of drifted snow. Dave hasn't blown out the driveway yet but will get to it this morning after he finishes reading his Saturday newspaper. I was surprised it had been delivered - at the end of the drifted driveway. LOL
ReplyDeleteI really like your photo. It's a good day to be inside looking out.
ReplyDeleteGood that family keeps in touch and that you help each other.
ReplyDeleteIt is way cool. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteGood thing we have Christmas lights to brighten up the dreariness of winter!
ReplyDeleteHope the snow lets up soon.
I agree with you! WAY COOL!
ReplyDeleteSo different to be in a house full of people!
ReplyDeleteLove the lights in the window. :)
That's a lot of snow!! Nice reflection.
ReplyDeleteBrrrr. I think a puzzle is a superb idea. Or you could bundle up and enjoy the beautiful front porch!
ReplyDeleteIt is a pretty porch scene. They may be taking care of you two but you two really are holding down the fort. Snow on top of snow is not a good thing.
ReplyDeleteSounds like folks there are still busy. That much snow here and everything comes to a halt. I love the perspective of the Christmas tree lights.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture you took. Thanks for sharing it. What a wonderful place to stay for the winter....you are both very blessed. I envy you! Thank you for always being here with a wonderful new post!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect day to stay inside and admire the snow (and Christmas lights) through a window!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely image!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Christmas decorations...one can never have enough lights. What is a VEX tournament?
