Sunset and Snow Report

We had a nice sunset what we can see of it here in town.

Here there are houses in the way and back at home there are trees in the way.

Another warm day so the dirty snow melted even more.

I frogged a crochet project that was not as pretty as I envisioned...frogged it as in rip it rip it...wind it all back into a ball and begin again.  The new beginning was and will be worth it in the long run.  I watched most of Forgotten Love on Netflix in the afternoon and plan to finish it soon...I highly recommend it.  The kids have a recliner down in the movie room that I really like sitting/napping in...I plan to order one for back home.

It was a quiet day, Sadie was real tired after her day at doggie day care yesterday...that and one of her favorite people is gone again to a robotics tournament.  Jen is working double hours as she ended up filling in for a colleague that was dismissed....picking up someone elses classes half way through the semester is not easy.

  3. Thanks for the movie recommendation. I will look into that. I have had to frog one of my projects, and it's not normal for me. Ha! I kept making mistakes in previous rows.

  4. I LOVE my recliner and don't know how people live without them. Especially with my back issues. Poor Sadie. It seems that often one of her favorite people are gone and I'm sure she can't relax unless you are all there. :-)
    Blessings and hugs,

  5. I've picked up classes and changed assignments . It can turn out to be good but it is a lot of work.

  6. I can only imagine that Jen is as tired as Sadie was. I hope they find someone to replace the other person soon.
I'm hoping to go home to less snow too. I'll find out on Saturday. :)

  7. I would be lost without my recliner! Due to back issues, I haven't been able to sleep in a bed for about 8 years...not if I wanted to be able to sleep and walk--lol!
It's looking browner and browner here, too. I hope things calm down for poor Jen. Sadie likes her entire pack to be home, for sure. :)

  8. What little snow we had is gone now. That is miserable for Jen.

  9. Comfy recliners are the best! Our snow is gone, and with high winds those of us in sand country are quickly drying up. At least your frogging is/will be well worth the extra effort.

  10. I frog a lot when I crochet. I mostly make up my patterns so try it and unravel it! Enjoy the sun. I am.

  11. It sounds like you in that recliner are the most well rested of the bunch there.
My recliner needs fixing, and that is scheduled for two weeks from now. Until then it is working well enough and I spend a lot of time in it. :-/

  14. I am sure that was a challenging teaching to step into mid semester. I wish her well! Sometimes it is better to bite the bullet and start over. I hear we have had some beautiful sunsets here too, but I have both houses and trees blocking my views. Luckily the facebook people in my town like to share their photos with all of us.

  15. DSH wouldn't know what to do if he didn't have his recliner. He had to replace the old one and this new-to-us one apparently isn't as comfy :(
Your snow seems to be going 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
