Jody is 62

 My other baby brother is 62, how can that be?  I was 9 years old when he was born.   We graduated from High School 10 years apart and both got married the same year we graduated. 


Here he is in 1961 when he was 1 year old.  Looks like Mom was taking the photo with her Kodak camera and others were standing around....not sure who is holding the cake.  This photo was taken at the house on the farm.

He lives right next door to us...well next door country style...I can walk there!

    I also had a baby brother. He passed last year. Seems impossible. Happy birthday to your brother.

    Love that shadow! My first camera was a Kodak Brownie (it had belonged to my grandfather) and I well remember standing with it held at my belly while I desperately tried not to breathe and make it wobble!

    I grinned when I read "well next door country style". I can't remember if we used the term "next door" when I lived in the country growing up. Maybe just "nearest neighbors", but yes, we could walk there, "just up the road".

    That is a similar age difference to my brother. I was the younger one though and I wished he lived closer than Mesa, Arizona. It sounds like he treats his big sister right.
