Sadie is such a beautiful dog and you can tell she loves her people. :-) Our Chloe was a lab who was terrified of water but oh, how we loved her. It must have been a hot day. The water looks very refreshing. Blessings, Betsy
Andy really is enjoying that dog it seems. He has a new playmate now that the boys are grown. He and Jen look like a very happy family of three. As much as we miss our kids when they leave home, many of us also enjoy the relaxation of the empty nest for a few years.
One summer, years ago, at the lake there was a neighbor dog that followed us everywhere like that, right off the end of the dock. The water was lower and he'd hit a belly flop every time. We actually stopped jumping off the dock because we figured it was wearing him out. SO CUTE!!!

ReplyDeleteMy parents old dog Lady LOVED the water. She'd try to swim in a mud puddle if you let her.
