I finally finished the afghan that I was working on.
I like all the different colors.
I finished February 12th...so this one was in the works for a number of months.
So I started working on another one that has been partially finished for awhile.
This one is worked in small squares and will be put together when I have all twenty squares done...I am working on square fourteen now. Each square is a different pattern and I am using just four colors.
It is a work in progress.

Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day!
I absolutely love the finished quilt and the second one looks very interesting. You do good work. What do you do with them when they are finished?
ReplyDeleteGive them away:)
DeleteI love that finished one very much! You are so talented and busy as well. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe afghan is stunning! Well done!
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful, Connie!! You are very talented, my dear!! Please forgive me but I've forgotten if you've already mentioned... is this knit or crochet? ~Andrea xoxo

DeleteBeautiful, you are so talented!
ReplyDeleteThe finished project is simply gorgeous! The new one on the hook is unique too - with the four colors used with various patterns makes such a difference. Very impressive.
ReplyDeleteThat afghan is really beautiful. You did a terrific job on all of the color changes, and stitch changes.
ReplyDeleteA fabulous finish! Congratulations
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on finishing up another project.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteThe finished one is amazing! I was trying to study the stitches, did you do it in strips and then crochet them together? I'm supossing so I liked to do that kind of work sometimes, keeps me from lugging the big huge piece around. On the other hand I liked doing those that were all one piece too, kept my lap warm in the winter!
ReplyDeleteThe finished one is all one piece and yes it has kept me warm. The other one is squares about 18 x 18 and is easier to cart around:)
DeleteThat is such a pretty blanket. I know I've never seen one like it before. I love all of the stitches and colors that you chose.
ReplyDeleteThe new squares are really nice too. I like the colors in it as well. They go so well together.
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy

ReplyDeleteWow, just...wow!
ReplyDeleteI like the other "new " one as well...the bottom right square catches my eye.
I'm always amazed at how much you get done. Both the finishes throw and the one you're doing now in squares are very lovely colours.
ReplyDeleteWOW! That is stunning! You are amazingly gifted in so many things.

ReplyDeleteAll those geometric stripes are so wonderful! It has been fun watching the progress. And the colors you used are so perfect, too. Gosh, it came out so pretty. You are in the home stretch with the squares, past the halfway mark. I really like these colors, too. You do such lovely work.
ReplyDeleteYour afghan came out beautifully! You should be proud. I love the new one too!
ReplyDeleteWow Connie, you do beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beauty! I love the one you're working on too.
