When it is this bad...snow and cold...there is not much a person can do but stay inside and out of trouble, right? I should put up some sort of measuring stick and tie it to one of the posts in the garden.
Someone sent me a headline from the Cities, predicting the coldest temps in 20 years for next week. I’ve taken to addressing my children and grandboys as The Minnesota Popsicles lately!
Brr...We're getting colder temperatures than we have had the last few winters but not as cold as you get. It is a headline here if we have a zero day all day. Once in a while we are below zero in the morning but not all day. However, cold is cold.I think there are 51 days till spring.
I want snow. We've been getting pretty much everything but snow. Wind, rain, sleet, hail, sun, fog, frost. But no snow. Can I have some of yours, please?
We have to venture out this morning and I am grumpy about it. We don’t begin to have that much snow but we live in the south compared to you. We too are getting winter storm again by middle of the week. Our metal ornamental palm trees at the car wash seem to be faring well.
Far too cold! Knowing you, I'm sure you are staying busy. You have so many interesting hobbies and talents! It is about to go into the deep freeze here which for us is highs in the teens. We have gotten below 0 F. but I'd rather not! I can not imagine your temperatures!

ReplyDeleteStay warm and stay busy. I bet you're working on a puzzle, carving, and possibly working on a beading project.

ReplyDeleteAnother storm to move through and even colder weather coming. Can't mistake this for any other season. I'm glad we both feed the birds. Stay warm! :)

ReplyDeleteI looked at the weather channel and yep, it's cold, but getting colder soon. :-(
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile we’re having an unusually “warm” winter compared to you. I’m glad you’re staying inside and warm. Think spring!!!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
They are talking negative 48 here on Wednesday! That is a little more than I want to hear.
ReplyDeleteBrrrr is right
ReplyDeleteThat is just way too cold. Good thing you and Far Guy have lots of hobbies you enjoy working on.

ReplyDeleteOn a positive note, the sun is shining ;-)
ReplyDeleteI would like it a tad warmer, but it's also an excuse to stay home.
ReplyDeleteKeep warm ! Be safe!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of snow and I can't believe you are going to have even more bad weather.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst!
