Trail Cam: Wildlife

We had over 900 photos on the trail cam…I weeded most of them out but kept some interesting ones.

The Fox visits often…at night and during the day.

  1. I want a Trail Cam....it is so cool! The skunk is probably getting ready to hibernate I would think. I love foxes...they are so beautiful. I have a good story about a cougar/mountain lion...I need to get the picture out and blog about it. I'll be asking Santa for a Trail Cam! LOL!

  3. I want a trail cam too. I think there's a lot of stuff happening in our back yard at night. I see the evidence during the day, and when I camp out there in the summer months I hear a lot of activity. Too scared to look outside the tent though! LOL

  5. Now that is a fun device! There is so much activity in your yard while you sleep not far away. We used to have a cougar or mountain lion come visit at night and eat a the car food on our deck. Needless to say, we don’t leave cat food out anymore!

  7. Wonderful photos. Hope to post soon. We were running back and forth to the computer "doctor" last week. Four bad keyboards in a row. The first one to go bad was the one we had been using for twenty years.

  8. It must be fun to see what critters are out there. We should get a trail cam for our backyard too as we get a lot of wildlife even during the day.

  13. Man, that is a huge cat!! I'm glad you didn't run into it accidentally...going to your sauna.
We have cats here, we see the footprints on the ditch bank, but so far not in the farm yard

  15. I can see why people who have large yards would want a trail cam. In our smallish place we might see a possum or a skunk. Not very exciting. Not like a big mystery cat.

  16. Fun to look at the trail cam pics. We have had ours set up along the trail through our bush where we walk each morning. All we have seen so far, besides ourselves, are coyotes, a couple of feral cats and some stray dogs. Your big cat looks more dog shaped to me, well the body shape and position of the legs made me think 'dog'right away. Keep taking pics so you can prove me wrong, lol!

  17. The big cat would make me a bit nervous. We have had cougar attacks here.

  20. We have a visiting skunk out by the driveway. Charlie thought he should chase it one night. I did call him back before he got skunked!
I love the shots from your trail cam.
    Which reminds me.
Time to check mine and move it again.

  22. It has to be fun to see what is happening out there at night. We have someone in our neighborhood that warns us of the coyotes on the edge of town. Two people are arguing about wether it is a coyote or a dog. You are getting good shots. Far Guy needs to get over that stuff. I know my wife heath causes her to keep a cold way longer that the rest of us too.
