I received this stamp in the mail one day from Kansas…it makes a lovely card!
Some days you have to create your own sunshine! Tis a good reminder for me…
Our days have been so busy….Dr. appointments…getting ready for a garage sale…finally we have a whole week where we don’t have to be anyplace and I plan to enjoy everyday!
Garage sale #1 is done it was in conjunction with our daughter Jen up north…a city wide sale…and I got rid of lots of “stuff” and got to visit with daughter Jen and Grandson Adam…and meet his gal. (She is very pretty…and shorter than I expected, somehow I pictured her as being really tall!!)
We are enjoying The Stanley Cup finals…and hoping TJ Oshie’s team wins.
That is a gorgeous stamp. We had our FINAL garage sale of our lives this weekend. Happy with the results. It is always so nice when neither of us has a period with no appts. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI like that stamp! I also love the colors. We are having some nice sunshine here today too and it is crisp and cold out! What a change in weather!
ReplyDeleteIt is so fun to get rid of a lot of stuff. I am still throwing things that I moved. A romance in the family is always fun. That stamp does look like fun.
ReplyDeleteCreate your own sunshine... great advice! Glad you have a whole week to enjoy! I have a feeling you will find lots of ways to enjoy your days. Fun stamp and very pretty cards.
ReplyDeleteWe finally have today with not much to do. It's so nice to know there is NOT MUCH TO DO!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat stamp! We do love our sunflowers here in KS. It is the state flower but I understand they do grow in other places.
ReplyDeleteOh what a cute stamp! Love the sentiment. Soooo true. Got to carry your sunshine with you. I like to keep a little in my pocket. ;)
ReplyDeleteWe are enjoying sunshine today
ReplyDeleteSo much rain past week. Have a good rest!
Garage sales? We've had them. I think visiting with customers is the best part.
ReplyDeleteNice stamp. It will be nice for Fall too with the sunflower and all.
ReplyDeleteA week of nothing planned is a good thing. Enjoy it.
What a great stamp! I'm going to look for some at Hobby Lobby when I go to the doc next time. I love your header with all the flags too. I think my daughter is going to help me with a sale when she comes back down. I hope so....it's hard to have one by yourself.
ReplyDeleteNice stamp, I do like it.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a pretty stamp. You used it very well making those gorgeous cards. How fun to be able to spend time with your daughter and grandson. We have so much to get rid of if we’re seriously thinking of hitting the road in our trailer in a few years. I don’t even want to think about it. I don’t think a garage sale would be enough! Blessings, Betsy
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you've got a little down time right now. You are usually so busy! And yes, that is a very pretty stamp. Thanks for sharing it. :-)
ReplyDeleteA really nice stamp. I am from Kansas. We love our sunflowers here!
ReplyDeleteA stamp like that will sure help you create your own sunshine! So bright and perky!
