I made them all go outside for the obligatory photo.
Oldest to youngest.
Shortest to tallest.
The race is on between the boys who are nearing the same height.
These kids are all unique in their own way, I guess it would be boring if they were all the same. Two of them have a real good idea where they are going in the future, coincidentally they were born the same year! One is plugging along through school working part time and going to school part time. One will graduate high school and has an idea what her passion is and the other has a little more time to make up his mind.
tall guys!
ReplyDeleteGreat looking grandkids. Something to be proud of. Good luck and God bless them all.
ReplyDeleteYou have some beautiful looking grandchildren.
ReplyDeleteI love pictures of your grandchildren. They never look like they mind lining up for you to take pictures. They are a good looking bunch!
ReplyDeleteI think they know the Granny Photo Op Drill by now - LOL!
DeleteThey are almost adults already. Gosh, how quickly they grew up, it seems to me. And I've only known them for around a decade. Must seem really fast to you too. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour grands are about grown up! I know you are proud. Mine won't hardly stand still for photos! :(
ReplyDeleteThat's so funny as the oldest are the shortest! Only the 2 boys changed places. Maybe next year the 2 pictures will be the same! LOL! Gorgeous group of grands!
ReplyDeleteLook like a great bunch of kids, we have no grandkids, so we enjoy the acts of others.
ReplyDeleteLucky you, beautiful young people! The first photo made me chuckle, kind of like little kids that 'eww, he's touching me, he's too close' so they all have to stand with a good space between each of them:)
ReplyDeleteAren't we lucky to have grandchildren! Lucky them and Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteLinda
Always nice to see your grandchildren. I've seen lots of changes in the 8 years I've known you thru blogging. Wishing you a very happy Mother's Day weekend. (still having laptop problems, not blogging right now)
ReplyDeleteGood looking kids! Two of my grands were born in the same year too. 3 months apart. And they are best friends!!
ReplyDeleteI don't think it was intentional body language but it is interesting how they spaced themselves. The two boys being younger and yet taller is their dad's fault. It is fun to see them growing and trying to develop their futures.
ReplyDeleteYou know what they say about making plans--LOL! But having a general direction is a good idea. ;) Such a good-looking group of grands!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a difficult stage of life. Sometimes they feel pressured but should be given time to sort things out as to where they want to go with their life. Some kids know right away and for others it takes a while.
ReplyDeleteWhatever uncertainty they have about their futures is balanced by the traditions you have established with them! Line up, everyone! Love it.
ReplyDeleteThey look like a great bunch! Three girls and two boys... same as we have, only ours range in age from 27 down to 6.
ReplyDeleteYour Grands are grand! Such a pleasure for you to be a part of their lives.
ReplyDeleteWhat grand grands!
ReplyDeleteIt will be interesting to see which grandson ends up the tallest. They still have some growing time left for some surprises.
ReplyDeleteI love how you always do the different arranging of kids :-D.
