Melting

Yesterday it melted a bunch.
Mud Hole or skating rink
Will it be a mud hole or skating rink on Sunday?  Depends on the temperature.  Saturdays high was 50F or 10C eh!

Don’t worry there is still snow at the snow stick.
4 inches at the snow stick
I went to the wood shop for awhile.  Still don’t have the Christmas Ornament for 2016 decision made, I will be working on a prototype this week. My first idea is just not workable.

We went for a ride before supper/ after my nap complete with dreams of playing cards with Barry from Oklahoma with photographs and arguing with him about a trip to the casino.  You know how hard it is to shuffle photographs?  But it was nice to have a lively discussion with Barry.( We always play cards with Barry and laugh and argue.)Deer in the distance
There are eight deer in the distance.

  1. I still think the weather is crazy: cold and then warm, with periods of rain or snow. Sigh. Fingers crossed for FG.

  2. Yesterday in Minneapolis we had 60 degrees! Unheard of in a MN February. I understand some were outside in shorts and flip flops. Only in Minnesota! Our snow is all melted already. We might get a wintry mix tonight though. We are about a month ahead of time.

  3. I keep having nightmares at night. I guess I'm not doing enough in the daytime to get tired.

  8. Funny dream! :)
Sloppy spring shouldn't quite be here in February. We will probably have more cold and snow coming, but I'm not so sure now as I heard geese returning yesterday!! Crazy!

  9. Yesterday it was 60 degrees here, and today for a few minutes it was snowing sideways. I've been having strange dreams, too...they seem to be about making transitions in life but I can't quite sort them all out yet. Just read your post from a couple of days ago. I have made the opposite decision about driving...I refuse to compete with the jerks out there. I'm staying calm and slow. I figure I'll get where I'm going a minute or two later than if I rushed...or maybe hours earlier. Hope all goes well with the next port surgery.

  12. We had records in five different towns yesterday. 79 was the highest in two places. Wonder if we'll get any snow in March?
