Spitting Snow

It spit snow most of the day Monday.  Most of it melted as soon as it hit the ground.

Yes it turned cold here.  So far in April we have had one real rain where one inch of rain fell on Sunday…then this snow shower yesterday.  Not nearly enough moisture to bring May flowers.

Snow in the air

There was a little accumulation on the Wheel Seat.

Chilly Wheel Seat

Too chilly to sit out there and enjoy the weather…mostly the snow was falling sideways.

Far Guy is feeling better than he did last week…so that is an improvement.

  5. I think you are getting more moisture now as I saw the weather report this morning. We woke up to 30 degrees and the wind will pick up again coming from the north. Keep up the good work Far Guy.

  12. So spring is giving off hissy fits...silly thing. I won't make you envious and tell you that we had a few stunningly beautiful and warm days. You might throw a snowball at me.

Here's to much warmer weather and some needed rain for you.

  13. Well I do like all of your little red bird feeders. We had snow once in April. It was in the mid 1980's and actually snowed enough that we got to leave work early and go home. The roads were covered and getting slick.
