It is I, Chance the handsome blogging Border Collie. Miney and Little Elvis came to visit. I introduced them to chipmunk hunting and gave Little Elvis a lesson in chipmunk catching. His eyes were big as saucers…I think the little guy was impressed.
We all got to go out on the pontoon on Sunday. I had to share Far Guy all weekend.
Me, Far Guy, Little Elvis and Miney
Miney is a little large for a Sheltie ( don’t tell her I said that..I love Miney) and Little Elvis is on the little side for a Sheltie.
What Little Elvis lacks in height..he makes up for with hair.
Look at that wild and crazy “do.” Little Elvis are you in there? Little buddy can you see anything?
Me and Miney keeping a lookout for other boats with dogs. I have so much fun when they visit, I am always sad to see them go..but when they leave I get Far Guy all to myself. You see Miney and Little Elvis love him almost as much as I do:)
Fantastic photos ! They are all soo cute, ok Far Guy to cant leave him out now can we lol ! I love my Miggy she is my sunshine and breath of fresh air , everyday she makes me laugh with her funny ways !she's a very loving girl. Have a great day !
ReplyDeleteChance, you are so generous to share Far Guy with little Elvis and Miney. You all look thrilled to be out on the pontoon. Was that Far Side on the other side of the camera? :-)
ReplyDeleteChance...your prospective is always the best.
ReplyDeleteChance, it's so kind of you to share Far Guy with Miney and Little Elvis, and FG looks like he's more than willing:)
ReplyDeleteMost dogs seem to choose a special human as their partner. They don't like to share. I remember how our border collie would squeeze between my mom and dad when they were sneaking in a hug or too.
ReplyDeleteI since a little jealousy there! I can't wait to get our pontoon out on the water!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update, Chance! :)
ReplyDeleteDear Chance,
ReplyDeleteI think you should elope with me. You know I love you. What does Far Guy have that I don't have? Well no, I can't throw the ball, but I love you. What's that? No, I can't take you out on the boat, or riding in the car. I can't give you yummy treats or scratch your tummy..... Ok, Far Guy wins :(
But I still love you.
Kisses,
Emma Rose
That dog gone Elvis thinks my head is a salt lick. Cute but not at 5 AM.
ReplyDeleteThese are great pictures.
ReplyDeleteLOL one the salt lick at ANY time!
ReplyDeleteChance - - you and the other two friends got to be The Three Musketeers on Sunday! It's wonderful that you love being together and get along so well. I guess that's why you all got the treat of going out on the boat!
ReplyDeleteElvis does have some marevelous hair. You all do. I'm glad you got in a good visit and some shared time with your Far Guy, sometimes when we share our people it makes us really appreciate them all the more.
ReplyDeleteThe canines look like they had a wonderful time!
ReplyDeleteYou and your cousins are so well groomed. I am going to have to give my dogs a bath. That Far Guy looks like a do whisperer to me. He has some loyal friends. Elvis is on the pontoon. It's a joke, Chance.
ReplyDeleteOh, such lovely photos. And Far Guy looks as if he was really enjoying all that good fuzzy canine love!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great post! Love it Chance!
