  2. Love his water bowl. How kind to share with that little bird.

    Great quote too!

  3. Clearly Chance is no trash dog. Our ratters would love to have that "water-dish" shredded all over the lawn.

  4. Yup! Retirement - Saturday every day!
    Still not enough hours in a day....

  5. That is a sweet little Chickadee sharing Chances water. Besides coffee breaks, retirement gives me a chance to watch the birds at my feeders. I never have Chickadees visit except in the winter. I like to hear their song, wish I had them come in the summer to share my dog's water. Piper doesn't get a fancy coffee can like Chance, he is limited to an old bucket.

  6. I can't believe that Chance will share his dish! Or maybe he wasn't around to witness this injustice!

  7. That is the cutest photo!
    Nalley must have 25 or more of those in the basement for all his odds and end of nails, etc. I love how they finally made these cans easy to pick up and to open!

  8. Great photo. I missed a chance to take picture of blue jays sharing the cat's food.

  9. I save coffee grounds for my roses, and I looked at that picture and though I didn't take a picture of that did I? I have the exact same container sitting out on my steps right now. That little chickadee thinks it is a great expensive bird water container. Neat..

  10. LOVE that picture along with the quote!
    And it is ironic, too...because I didn't start birdwatching until I retired. I am addicted now.
    :-}
