We had more snow overnight on Wednesday and into Thursday...about 10 inches total. The roads are fair for driving conditions on snowy icy roads. A few days of sunshine will help melt the roads.
I took Far Guy to his Infusion appointment, I waited in the parking lot while Far Guy had his infusion.
I am feeling less pain after my back injection...fingers and toes crossed that it will be helpful for a while.
Suppers lately...hamburgers and French fries, chicken and wild rice soup with Gluten Free Red Lobster Biscuits and tonight is tacos and Far Guy's dip:)
I watched Song Sung Blue on Peacock TV and really enjoyed it...in fact I may watch it again.
Friday is a day off of medical appointments!!

Glad to hear the shot helped.
ReplyDeleteThankful you are getting some much needed relief. I guess I'm going to have to follow your lead. There is no place for me to sit in the infusion area when Sam gets his immunotherapy. I was a bit lost last time because this early morning appointment meant nothing was open...This next time, I'll take a book and wait in the parking lot. Y'all have a good day and be careful in all that snow.
ReplyDeleteI don’t envy your snow fall. Glad you get a day off. If someone asks what you do I think you should just say— I’m an appointment attender!
ReplyDeleteWe had a very light dusting of snow overnight. Drove home through a few flurries last night from the wrestling tournament but mostly just had more wind and cold. I loved the movie Song Sung Blue.
ReplyDeleteFeels good to not have to go to the doctor, doesn't it!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy it!
hugs
Donna
Glad you can stay home today. Don’t know how you handle so many appointments. I’ve taken my mother to three this week, along with many other errands, and I’m exhausted! RHill, TX
ReplyDeleteGood that you have some relief from pain.
ReplyDeleteThey say we've got snow coming this weekend, but I've been enjoying the melt all week. I even have Hellebores coming up in the garden which was a nice surprise!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're getting a little pain relief! Sending good vibes for it to be lasting!
Glad you’re feeling some relief. That’s a lot of snow!
ReplyDeleteI am SO happy the shots are helping, at least for now. We ended up with about 9 1/2 inches of snow yesterday and last night. We have a busy weekend planned so I hope the roads get cleaned quickly. School was cancelled again today.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
The back injection might be working! Yay!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the movie tip.
Yay for pain relief.... the snow can quit anytime now.
ReplyDeleteglad the shot is working, if even a little. We started the morning at 61, it was 49 two hours later and 36 an hour after that. Snow starts tomorrow and continues Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI hope your Friday was relaxing and mostly pain free!
ReplyDeleteIt all looks so cold, I'm glad we don't have it .. and as Shirley said yeh for pain killers, I need them too in the winter cold.
ReplyDeleteLooks cold compared to here, hope your pain is less
