Booties and a hooded scarf with pockets

The smaller booties fit perfectly. At the end of November Baby K will be six months old.

No more cold feet for Baby K.
Cee Cee has the hooded scarf on backwards but you get the idea.  She liked it but thought it had a lot of holes.  When you are five years old you have lots of opinions!
Baby K and Cee Cee posed for a nice photo!

We had a fairly calm Sunday.  I did some laundry and we both worked on the Christmas Ornaments.  Hopefully in the next few days we can complete that project!

We have a really busy week coming up with ten appointments.  One at a time we will get them done.

  3. The photos are so adorable, especially that last one with the two of them together. Sorry about having ten appointments again this week - like you said, one at a time. I hope all goes smoothly.

  4. Hope the appointments go off without a stitch. The booties will warm those toes and the scarf 🧣 the ears..

  6. Baby K looks tall for her age but it may be the perspective of the first photo.
I like that hooded scarf with the pockets for the hands. Is it often worn with the front of the scarf crossed to keep the neck warm, also? She is very happy with her gift from you and happy to be a model for the scrapbook. I am thankful for you and your husband getting to see them frequently as well as they getting to see you all. Grandparents and GREATgrandparents generally have more time to converse and love on those precious babies.

  7. Your projects turned out great and look like they are very appreciated. Does Baby K keep the booties on her feet? My kids never did. They would kick them off right away. Piper is like CeCe. Always an opinion but I sure love that girl. She spent the night with us Friday night, just because. She loves to snuggle on the sofa with Papa and I. I know at 13 years old, those days are coming to a close so I soak up every one. This weekend I showed her some crewel embroidery stitches. She got a few kits for her birthday and Mandy doesn't do any of that. I'm glad you're seeing the kids so much. Children need their family around them more than ever these days. Prayers for your doctor appointments to go very well.
    Blessings and hugs,
    Betsy

  17. Love, love, love the three pictures and your beautiful handiwork.
Sending prayers for Far Guy and his drs and nurses and Far Guy's personal nurse, you. Remember this it was told me from some of my husbands nurses after a massive heart attack. They said to take care of myself. If I do not, I will be no help to my husband. So please take time for away k or a nap now then. Sending hugs from Roz (-also 1/2 Finnish) & Glenn Morrison

  20. What sweet photos!! Your projects are lovely keepsakes that I know will be treasured in the years ahead. I envy having the talent to create anything 'wearable,' because I do not. And yes, I've tried! 🙂 Safe travels to all those appointments - I don't know that I have ever had that many in a whole month, I'm not that organized! Take care!!!
