There is a beautiful rose garden in Duluth called the Leif Erickson Rose Garden but I bet the one in Manitoba is fabulous. You should go!Merry Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15226939572361280967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5456722259350114571.post-29221217712838163022009-10-04T19:19:57.746-05:002009-10-04T19:19:57.746-05:00Connie,

One of the bushes looks dead as far as foliage, but it produces beautiful roses in different colors. It's the strangest thing....no leaves but a spectacular rose. ;DAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15642967022028132751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5456722259350114571.post-55954934414550514542009-10-04T19:00:37.909-05:002009-10-04T19:00:37.909-05:00Roses are a sick passion on mine. We have deer around here but the only thing they really LOVE are pansies! They don't bother the roses or hosta. With the stomping of the feet by the deer, I suspect your roses taste like a candy bar! That's what I do if Nalley gets too close to my Reeses peanut butter cup candy!!! Your weather sounds like a good day to stay in. We are still below 60 today and it is very cloudy w/ rain forecast for tomorrow.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5456722259350114571.post-48672822546671803012009-10-04T12:42:19.476-05:002009-10-04T12:42:19.476-05:00The color of the roses is pretty. I would grow roses just to attract them. They are such beautiful creatures and I love to watch them. Of course I have never had one get mad and stomp its feet at meet. I might have a different opinion them.Raehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04858158707328118375noreply@blogger.com
