Trail Cam in April

We finally caught a deer on our Trail Cam!  It visited in the early morning….probably was at the bird feeders.  During April the Trail Cam photographed the UPS driver many times along with the mail man.  Odda came to visit four different days. Various other company was observed coming and going…lots of photos of Chance too.

Trail cam deer April 2018

Deer are a real nuisance this time of year, they are hungry and will have their young in a month…they are coming to the road ditches to graze night and day…and many end up as road kill.  I had a close call the other day luckily I wasn’t driving too fast and was able to give the deer a brake.

The flash didn't seem to bother the poor thing. I bet all the animals are very hungry after this extended snowy winter in Minnesota. Happy Earth Day!

The trail cam has lots of ordinary stuff and then the odd time a big surprise.

I always wanted a trail cam where we did live.
Fun to see whats going on at night in your yard
but could be a shock at whats out there.

Aren't trail cams fun? I enjoy seeing what happens out there where I can't see.

We don't have a trail cam, don't have a trail, don't have deer, just a newly restored lawn and hope that the raccoons don't come back a diggin'.
Happy Earth Day, with all of her surprises.

What a cool picture! I think a trail cam would really be a lot of fun. You could make an album just of all your special night visitors. (Odda included of course)

Trail cams are fun. I'm surprised you have captured the photo of a bear or wolf.

Even though they are cool we often forget they are a menace as well, that said nice shot

I guess that is one thing I could use to watch the dog walkers, kids going to school and the robins. It feels closer to spring here today and will stay.

If I lived in the country I'd love to have a trail cam. Fun to see who came by. Too bad there's not something similar for blogs so we could see who had come by but not left a comment.

I too am glad the deer are finally finding something to eat. I'd be hungry too if I were trying to forage in snow. Love your trail cam shot. :-)

I had to stop on the road yesterday for about 11 of them. They were just chillin' and drinking from the spring at the edge of the road.

Is that a tractor in the background? It looks like it has it's lights on or am I seeing things? I was telling my daughter about your trail cam....I think it is really cool and interesting!
