Snow again

Seems we are stuck in a snow pattern.  We got another four inches of snow.  The last snow was fluffy and settled…we had 11 inches at the stick before snow #3

Now we are waiting for the next system to come through today which will be snow #4 this week.

We finally had to make a grocery/bank/post office run to town.  Far Guy went along…it was his first venture out in a long time.  His step count is improving everyday.

We are all set to stay home until it is time to go to town for a blood test sometime next week.

(Pssst. I planted peas yesterday.). Glad you were able to get out and postpone cabin fever for a few more days.

I can get an idea of where you are by your weather pattern. I'm 30 miles from the Mississippi near the Kickapoo River.
If the current storm track shifts we'll get snow. If it doesn't we will have rain and more run off in the creek! We are settled in for the weekend.

We were supposed to get up to three inches last night, but it doesn't look like it happened. I don't mind, but then I just stay home or take the bus rather than drive. Glad to hear FG actually was well enough to go somewhere! :-)

Oh my, it's been so warm here I had almost forgot it's still winter.

I am so happy it is this week for you two and not a couple of weeks or longer ago. It is Wonderful to hear the progress of FG. I guess you are doing much much better, too? The Winter of 2018 will stay in your memories a while for sure.

Thankfully only the cold (no new snow) settled in this area.

No snow here but Flood Warnings as the rain continues. Our sump pumps are still working periodically. When the water table is really high they pump continuously. Naturalists are going on night hikes to see the gathering of salamanders in the vernal pools.

I enjoy snow but four dumps of it in a week is a bit much unless you don't have to shovel.

Beautiful pictures of your area!! I cannot imagine that much snow. Many years ago we used to get at least one big one a winter. Not lately. Glad you're both doing better.

So happy things are looking up for you guys.
We are getting rain , and more rain. Guess we could
call it spring rain. The spring flowers are up and some
are blooming.

I love the pictures of fresh snow in the woods! This past week we had so much ice that it looked like snow but finally today the ice has melted and it is just a cold rain. I am so happy to hear Far Guy is gradually getting better.

We're supposed to get 1-3 inches but you might be on the heavier snow band again. I'm actually jealous. :)

Glad you got stocked up and can stay put till next week. :)

We also got a good dump of snow yesterday and overnight. Good that it's the weekend and none of mine have to drive to work. We just stay home and keep cozy.

I've missed all those snowfalls except for the night before last and today. It's really coming down here.

I hope we are done with snow for now. It's very inconvenient in hilly, crowded, city streets.

Freezing rain, turned into snow and now we wait for the melt. You have a lot of snow.
