Sunset

The sunset colors were beautiful last night.  Our weather has turned warm for February.  It was about 36 F yesterday or  2C eh!  Today it may be 50 F or 10 C  eh!!!

The colors were beautiful behind the naked Oaks.

I have been working at “stuff” on my desk all week.  No noticeable progress has been made.   Ongoing was sure a good word for me this year.  In the midst of clearing out drawers and files I found three or four more large projects.  The most important one is all the family stories that my Father has shared with me.  I took notes on what ever piece of paper I had when he was in a talking mood…it all needs to be organized. At least most of the notes are in the same place now.  I would like to get it all put together and have him go over it and correct it where needed.  The other three projects are important only to me and will probably go on the back burner for a bit.

Good Morning, That is a pretty sunset and YAY! for warmer temps for you guys. What a treasure you have in the notes from your father. I wish you, FG and Chance a nice Friday.

What a gorgeous sunset. Family stories are so precious and writing them down and having them fact-checked is a very smart idea. I have some casette tapes of my aunt telling stories and now I have no way of replaying them. Boo hoo. If they were on paper that would not be a problem.
I hope you enjoy your warmer weather this weekend.

What a beautiful sunset! Good luck with your projects. You were very wise to write down the stories your father told you. Have a great weekend.

That seems really warm for Minnesota to me, but wonderful nevertheless. Love that sunset shot. :-)

Your family will appreciate your Dad's stories and memories were written down. How I wish I had written down some of my Mom's memories.

You are wise to collect your Dad's stories. So many of us don't realize the importance of doing that when we are younger and have the opportunity. Beautiful sunset photo!

Your Dad will not only correct things but add much more. when he sees what you've got he's going to be interested in adding.

Lovely sunset pics. Karen says we had a lovely sunset too but I would have had to drive out of town to see it.

How smart of you to ask your father about the past, and how fortunate you are that you still have him to do that.

Beautiful sunsets which I really miss....too many trees here! I can see part of it but I'm never in the west part of the house at that time of day and all of a sudden it's dark! LOL! Where does the time go?

Our skies have been pink in the evening. I see other people posting them as they live on the hill out of town.
