Snow and Sparkly Things

There are four inches of snow at the snow stick.  So we must have got a whopping two inches in that last snowfall.

Four Inches at the snowstick

The white snows helps clean up things a bit.

Cousin Todds Trees

These are my Cousin Todd’s trees.  The sky was blue and the temperatures were cool but we went for a ride anyway.

The Mother and Daughter bracelets arrived at their destination safely.

Bracelets

They sent me a thank you photo!  These are Peyote Even Stitch Bracelets made with Japanese Delica Beads.  I am experimenting with some different patterns.  I like this pattern very much.

It's simply grey and drizzly in Yorkshire. I think the snow has been unfairly distributed this year.

Yes, it seems odd for you to be measuring your snow in such paltry inches instead of feet! I love those bracelets and can see why you like the design. I do, too. :-)

We haven't gotten any snow since last week. Yesterday we had blue skies but bitter cold. Today is cloudy and cold. I love the bracelets. The colors are gorgeous and the pattern is very pretty. HAve a great weekend.

There are some beaders here in the subdivision where I live. They make some awesome things, and some similar to what you have shown here. Lovely work!

Love the bracelets! Is this a really odd winter for you, re the weather? I think this is the least snow you have had since I have been reading.
My sister is coming from Ontario on Saturday, and they are having some wicked winter weather, -32 C wind chill this morning. She said coming here will be like coming to Florida. We have sunshine and 13C predicted. The crocuses are blooming.

We here in Ontario have about 3 and half feet if not more of snow out there the most we have had in years and the bitter cold is not so fun either lol ! but that's Ontario's winters for ya they used to be worse back in the day so I cant complain really ! Lovely bracelets . Thanks for sharing , Have a good weekend !

They look great. I of course am thinking about how much work they had to be. That is a lot of beads just for one of them. Tedious and steady work I am sure.

That really is a cute, geometric pattern.
I heard we got 3 1/2 inches here, but it doesn't look like that much. At least it's white and looks like winter for once, though. ;)

The bracelets turned out nice! Those trees look healthy...not brown like the other ones. We got a measly bit of snow today. They talk it up like it's going to be some big storm so what a disappointment it was.
At least the brown grass is covered now.
