Thorns

This is a shrub along the edge of the yard.

It has thorns.  It is some kind of a Hawthorn..I think.

It could be a weapon.

I am grateful for a three day weekend.  Saturday is a day off for me.  I was supposed to go decorate graves last night but I just didn’t feel up to it.  I was asleep on the couch and missed the entire evening:(

That is a wicked looking shrub!

I hear you about missing the evening ~ I was in bed by 8 last night but I had been up since 3 am so it's understandable.

Lordy!! That could be a weapon. Enjoy the weekend. BTW I used your brassiere lawn sculpture image again on a new blog I started. (Very fledgling) Linked back to your post on the brassiere. Hope you don't mind. http://www.living-fifties-fashion.com/fifties-blog.html I realized too that you had used the image for a memorial day or July 4th commemoration. Great header. You could leave it up 'til the 4th. Love flags

Now I'm surprised that a plant person like you doesn't know this one. As for me, they don't grow here so I can't help you.
It's good sometimes to just take some me time.

Hi Connie, I know you needed the rest after working and being sick. That plant is ferocious looking!
